Holy Holo!

Hey lovelies I'm excited to show you this nail art using my Color Club holographic polish eternal beauty from the Halo Hues Collection released in spring of 2013. This took a little longer than most to dry, somewhere around 15 mins. I used two coats for the photos below. Wow, can you say "eye catching". I can't stop looking at it out in the sun.
The stamp I used is from Moyou london pro collection plate # 13. I used Konad special white as my stamping polish. As always I used Seche Vite, my favorite fast drying top coat. Hope you've enjoyed! Thanks for viewing!
                            Much love,

Summer Sunset Gradient

Hey ladies, hope your having a wonderful day. I have a yellow and pink sunset gradient to show you today. I really liked this mani, so much so that i sported it all week. Fall is creeping up on me so I'm trying to get all my bright summer color manicures squeezed in before the leaves start to fall.
I used a makeup sponge to create the gradient effect. Nina ultra pro in fushia rage ( pink )and Orlys spark ( yellow ). I used cheeky beautys tropical holiday jumbo plate to create the palm tree stamp. I used Konad special black to stamp with. Thanks for viewing! I hope you like this nail art as much as I have.

Xoxo

Read all about it!

Hey lovelies, today I'm hitting ya with one of my favorite manis. The dry brush technique with some stamping. This is my first time using the dry brush technique, where you actually wipe paint off your brush before applying to the nail. I loved it even with no stamping, but it felt somewhat incomplete.
The base for this nail art is opi pinking of you, orlys frolic, china glaze to yacht to handle and an unnamed blue from blue cross beauty labs summer brights collection.
The stamp is from Pueen plate #50. Pueen  plates can be bought on Amazon or pueens website. I hope you've enjoyed! Thanks! Much love, Brooke

Dior Addict it-lash Mascara

Hey lovelies for the past month I've been searching for the new Ciate lashlights colored mascara with no luck. I stumbled upon the Dior addict it-lash colored mascara while in Dillards last weekend. This is really similar to the Ciate lashlights. They only had one pink one left. I snatched it up and Im really excited to show it to you today!
Lets start by talking about the packaging. Wow! It looks expensive! It is a bit bulky for a tube of mascara, but i still love it. I actually like the bulky tube, lol. The look of it lends a hint to its $23.00 pricetag. Ouch! The wand is really similar to  Benefits They're Real mascara, almost an exact dupe. It really helps to get your inner corner and bottom lashes coated well with product. The actual mascara promises to give voluminous results. To that it did, but i wasn't that thrilled with how much volume it added, no more than a drugstore mascara for me. The color intensity is so bold. Most colored mascaras barely show. These are heavily pigmented. The texture of it is fairly light, not too heavy or crispy. I will be trying to get my hands on the purple and blue, so stay tuned as this post will be updated as soon as i do. These are in high demand.
On to the swatch, I curled my lashes. I used two coats of Smashbox full exposure mascara in black. I put two coats of Dior addict it lash in 872 it pink on top. I tried to get this only on the tips of my lashes, like an ombre effect, but flubbed up on my inner corner. Overall i really love this mascara. The color actually leans more towards red than pink, which is fine by me because I've never seen a red mascara. I hope you've enjoyed! Thanks for viewing!

Nails & Ootd

Hey ladies today im wearing opi kiss me on my tulips stamped with Moyou London pro collection plate xl 10 to match my outfit.
Formula wise, opi kiss me on tulips was perfection. Applied well, dried quick, and had a shiny finish even with no topcoat. That's what i love about opi, most formulas are quick drying and long lasting. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for! This was also my first time using Konad stamping polish. Oh wow! The black and white are so heavily pigmented, thick and slow drying. How have i been stamping without these? I used Seche Vite to seal it in. I hope you've enjoyed viewing! Thanks! Much love, Brooke

Lottie Dottie

Hey lovelies, hope your having a wonderful day. I recently recieved two bottles of polish from K.B. Shimmer Bed and Bath, lottie dottie white and totally tubular. Indie polishes are my new obsession! I must admit i was a K.B. Shimmer virgin before these. Lottie Dottie white is the one I'm using for my nail art today. Its a white creme jelly loaded with turquoise and fushia glitter. There's also some bar glitter in it. As with any glitter polish, removal is a pain in the ass.
The base is Orly French White with a stamp from my cheeky wild at heart jumbo plate which retails for $10.99 usd and can be found on Amazon and the cheeky beauty website. I stamped with opi no room for the blues and an unnamed purple from L.A. Colors.
Hope yall enjoy! Thanks for viewing! Much Love, Brooke

Matching Nails & Outfit of the Day!

Hey lovelies, today Im bringing you a sponged gradient nail art with a little stamping on top to match my dress. I just love coordinating my nail and clothes! My nails are my favorite accesory, lol. The sponged gradient was done using a makeup sponge and Hudson and Rebel from Zoyas 2014 Awaken collection. I stalked the stores awaiting the release of this collection, lol. Hudson is a beautiful lilac purple shimmer. Rebel is a sky blue shimmer. Both of these are loaded with shimmer. I thought together they just blended perfectly. The stamp i used is from Moyou Londons pro collection plate #13. I hope you all enjoyed this post. Thanks for viewing! Much Love! Brooke

Flower Power!

Heya ladies im excited to show you this flower nail art made using my new Moyou London stamping plates. I absolutely love these plates. The quality is amazing. I've bought afew Moyou plates now and the quality is always amazing. I never have to worry about the image not transfering due to not being etched deep enough. The details are amazing also! I just can't say enough about these plates. They retail for $12.99 usd and are available on Amazon and the Moyou london website. The base for the nail art is Orly Waterfall. A blue toned pink creme from the fall 2013 Surreal Collection . The formula was a bit thick but evened out nicely in two coats. I really like this pink color. Orly can be found at Sally Beauty Supply, Ulta and their website. Stamping plate can be bought on Amazon and Moyou Londons website. Thanks for viewing and I hope you've enjoyed! Much Love! Brooke
